NFIRS 5.0 Element: ‘Number or Milepost’

Definition: The street number, or milepost number when a mile marker.

Purpose: This field further refines the incident address.

Entry: For structures and lots, enter the street number. For highways, railroads, etc., enter the milepost number. For intersections, leave blank. For block addresses, enter the block number.
