Description: Provides report data when the fire was ‘intentionally set’.

This module is NOT optional it is NOT ‘department use’; meaning it’s contents are used by FEMA NFIRS reports.

Arson Transactions:

Arson - ‘Provides details of an arson’- Optional, at most 1
Arson Agency Referral - ‘Provides details of the referral to agency for investigation’- Optional, at most 1
Arson Juvenile Suspect - ‘'- Optional, at most 1

These blocks are collections of elements carried by the ‘Arson’ transaction.

A	Fire Department ID — Fire Department State — Incident (Alarm) Date — Incident Number (Identifier) — Exposure Number — Record Type/Transaction Code — Transaction Type (Add, Update, Delete)

These blocks are collections of elements carried by the ‘Arson Agency Referral’ transaction.
