NFIRS 5.0 Element: ‘No Flame Spread or Same As First or Unknown’
Definition: Yes if no flame spread OR if same as Material First Ignited (Block D4, Fire Module) OR if unable to determine.

A few NFIRS elements are reused accross a number of transactions, but typically the value is captured by one transaction only.
||Yes/No - A (Y)es/(N)o flag. Note: This is case sensitive and must be capital Y or N. If the user has not provided information, a value of N should be transmitted (if no value is transmitted, N is assumed).
