NFIRS Relational Edit Rule 71

The NFIRS specification provides this definition for Relational Edit Rule 71:

Relational Edit Rule 71 — J3 Total cannot exceed the Total of I3 + 1.

Relational Edit Rule 71 - Damaged Floors (Number of Stories with Damage: Minor, Number of Stories with Damage: Significant, Number of Stories with Damage: Heavy, Number of Stories with Damage: Extreme) cannot exceed Building Height: Stories Above Grade + Building Height: Stories Below Grade + 1 (i.e. Floor at Grade.)
