NFIRS Relational Edit Rule 10

The NFIRS specification provides this definition for Relational Edit Rule 10:

Relational Edit Rule 10 — If Incident Type = 113-118 then completion of the Fire module is optional, not required and Block H2, Detector Alerted Occupants, is required.
Responserack’s supplement:

Responserack’s copy of the above NFIRS definition, with (when available) NFIRS codes expanded:

Relational Edit Rule 10 - ‘Confined Fires’ (Cooking Fire, Confined To Container (113) to Trash or Rubbish Fire, Contained (118)) - fires in equipment designed for heat containment, e.g. pots, wood burning stoves - often remain within thier confines, causing limited damage.
