NFIRS Relational Edit Rule 78
The NFIRS specification provides this definition for Relational Edit Rule 78:
Relational Edit Rule 78 — If Detector Failure Reason = 5 or 6, then Detector Power Supply can not be equal to 2, 3, or 6.

Relational Edit Rule 78 - If the ‘Failure Reason’ is battery related, the ‘Power Supply’ cannot be plugged in.
