NFIRS Relational Edit Rule 60
The NFIRS specification provides this definition for Relational Edit Rule 60:
Relational Edit Rule 60 — If F1 (Equipment Involved) is not = none then F2 Block (Equipment Power Source) and F3 Block (Equipment Portability) are required.
