elec_category, electrification	Text	Category of the battery powered / stored energy emerging hazard.
elec_type, electrification	Text	Additional specificity on the battery powered / stored energy emerging hazard.
elec_subtype, electrification	Text	Subtype of the emerging hazard.
elec_target, electrification	Text	Whether the battery was the source or target.
elec_suppress, electrification	Array[Text]	Suppression approach.
elec_reignition, electrification	Boolean	Whether there was a re-ignition.
elec_vehicle_status, electrification	Boolean	Whether the electric vehicle was involved in crash.
powergen_hardware_type, powergeneration	Array[Text]	Whether power generation hardware was involved in the incident.
powergen_pv_ignition, powergeneration.pv	Text	Whether photovoltaics were the source of ignition or target.
