Responserack NFIRS to NERIS

Many fire departments have members who have used NFIRS for many year, even decades. Much as NERIS is a modernization and simplification of NFIRS, the transition is still going to take work. Responserack keeps that work to a minimum, especially for volunteer firefighters.

Firefighter simple

Responserack keeps firefighters from the NFIRS internals, and does similarly with the NERIS internals. When NFIRS is replaced by NERIS, volunteer firefighters are insulated from that. Volunteer firefighters keep reporting as normal, either from their mobile phone or on the website, but without NFIRS nor NERIS specification details.

Administrator simplified

Responserack keep administrators from many of the NFIRS and NERIS internals, mapping from the volunteer firefighter report to the end specification. Responserack automates much of this, asking the bare minimum of the administrator.

Automatic Integration

Responserack integrates with NERIS to the point that report data flows smoothly between the two systems. No more having to download NFIRS files and upload them to eNFIRS.
