Use your mobile device to easily capture notes, or specific events (timestamps.) Simple open the “Notes” screen for an incident, and either type (or voice to text) your note, to get it timestamped and attached to the incident, with you as the contributor. Of course you can use the notes as reminders, and enter them into the incident. However, there is more.
Once the incident has been terminated, and the report is being generated, process these notes using the Responserack firefighter view, or Responserack administration view.
Over time, you’ll determine your use cases for incident operational notes. Don’t let them interrupt operations, but use them when you want the device to capture timestamped information.
