right information

Responserack helps volunteer firefighters have the right information at the right time, with integrated location lookup and location notes. Responserack location notes allow an address (or intersection) to be flagged (e.g. remember a Knox box key for this address, long uphill driveway with limited parking … suggest a forward hose lay) and providing incident history. Incident history allows the crew to return to the context learned by previous responses to this address without responders having to memorize addresses, or mistake them for nearby addresses.
Responserack helps volunteer firefighters have the right information at the right time, with integrated location lookup and location maps. Responserack location maps provide directions to the location. Mobile ready, they launch mapping apps for turn by turn voice directions. Electronic maps aren’t a replacement for detailed fire department paper maps and firefighter experience, especially when away from more populated areas, however these maps can provide a “turn left or right out of the station” guide and regularly provide complete directions to the scene/area.
Responserack helps volunteer firefighters have the right information at the right time, without overloading them or burying more things in their email. The Responserack briefings view is a personalized feed, customized for each firefighter. Responserack Briefings Information can be pulled from the department website, fire updates from InciWeb, fire weather from the National Weather Service and more. Sharing on Responserack (to member groups) promotes sending information to the right people at the right time.
